The EU Health Coalition is a platform of over 40 health-related stakeholders, including trade associations, patient groups, medical societies, healthcare professionals’ associations, regional and local health authorities. It promotes a shared vision of health in Europe, based on jointly developed recommendations. The purpose of the Coalition is to ensure that health remains high on the political agenda amid the geopolitical, economic and energy crises unfolding in Europe, and to champion the changes required to address the unprecedented challenges that an ageing population and an increasing prevalence of chronic diseases pose to healthcare systems and citizens.
Vaccines Europe joined the EU Health Coalition in March 2023 and is looking forward to collaborating with all partners in the Coalition towards fulfilling its mission.
